Michelle “Mika” Domingo is the award-winning Managing Attorney of M.S. Domingo Law Group. With a passion for helping others, Mika Domingo represents people throughout California in matters involving Probate and Trust Litigation, Probate Administration, Trust Administration, Estate Planning, and Auto Collision.
Mika was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, an honor bestowed upon the top 2.5% of attorneys. She was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2018 and 2019. She also holds an Avvo “Superb” rating (a perfect 10 out of 10).
Mika is extremely experienced in the courtroom, having served as Deputy Attorney General with the U.S. Department of Justice. She is a strong and effective advocate for her clients in the courtroom as well as in negotiations. She has appeared at the state, appellate, and federal courts on issues of constitutional law, tort matters, and civil rights.
Mika cares deeply about her clients, and understands their situations. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mika was a financial auditor and owned a publishing firm where she was also editor-in-chief. Her understanding of her clients’ situations helps her relieve the emotional stress and anxiety that accompany legal proceedings.

After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley with Honors, Mika earned a Juris Doctorate with Honors and Dean’s List Distinctions from the John F. Kennedy University College of Law.
One of Mika’s passions is driving change within the legal community. She is an active member of the State Bar of California, where she served as a Committee of Bar Examiner, California Women Lawyers, Women Lawyers of Alameda County, and the Contra Costa County Bar Association, where she currently serves on the Executive Board as Treasurer. Mika is also passionate about increasing diversity within the legal community. She currently serves as Chair of the Diversity Committee for Contra Costa County Bar Association and Co-Chair of the Judicial Evaluations Committee for California Women Lawyers. In this role, she works to increase diversity on the bench, evaluates candidates for appointment, and reviews judicial evaluation procedures.
Mika is admitted to the California Bar, the Ninth Circuit, and the Eastern District of California.
